Sauvignon Blanc probably gets a bronze as far as Coonawarra whites are concerned, but with cool nights and a maritime influence, there can be some decent examples.

Very pale lemon hue. Soft and varietal, ripe tropical fruit, passionfruit pulp, Nashi pear slices, ferrous steel, malt, bramble, easy gooseberry and dewy grass. Round and approachable: Generous ripe flesh with a clean and bright finish. One for the traditionalists.
