Winemaking team comprises Pat Connors and Matt Zadow. Not sure of the grape varieties, but previously Oxford Landing have used 100% Riverland Sangiovese. Who knows? Vegan friendly.
Oxford Landing, Rosé, South Australia, 2025
Pale and dusky hue. Soft red fruit notes: pomegranate, watermelon, res currant, pink musk sticks, blood orange, bramble and pink salt. Does a little of both worlds trying to straddle fleshy ripe (and slightly sweet) immediate enjoyment, with the crispness and phenolic grip akin to more traditional styles. Serve up with Thai Beef Salad.
