Oxford Landing Sauvignon Blanc 2025

Oxford Landing, part of the Hill-Smith Family Estates stable, is a real place. The winemaking is vegan friendly, along with a slew of sustainability measures, such as lightweight glass for the bottles and wastewater recycling.  A small percentage of the fruit was fermented on skins.

Oxford Landing, Sauvignon Blanc, Riverland, 2025

Ripe and varietal, rich lemon/lime citrus over passionfruit flesh, tobacco leaf, box hedge, green melon, starfruit, green haybale and a little green apple. The citrus and passionfruit are punchy in the lean palate, with lingering tobacco and bramble. Richer bitter-sweet pineapple core and green apple acidity cut sharp. Made for spring salads with new season vegies and herbs.

RRP: $13
