Gundog Estate, The Chase, Semillon, Hunter Valley, 2025

Very pale colour. Lemon zest, lemon room spray, padrón peppers, bath salts, yellow spring flowers, earthy/leafy edge with crushed white salt. Focus and drive. A time on lees gives some phenolic grip to balance youthful Hunter cut. Toothsome and zesty.
