2 months lees contact during wine making. Full spectrum of gooseberry, capsicum, passion fruit tropicals along with a little intrigue of blackcurrant leafy ash. Intense and pungent. Fruit sweet with tropical push of passion fruit and ripe honeydew green melon. Zesty, clean and fruit upfront…I’m sure this sold well over the summer!
