Savoury and atrtractive nose with light earl grey tea/bergamot nuances, red berry and currants and cherry core. Mature (as in adult) flavours of light strawberry/cherry red fruit before an orange zest freshness and finishing bone dry. Textural palate that grips lightly with delicate spice after-tones. A serious, quality rosé that could easily match duck breast salad or teriyaki salmon skewers.
