Head Over Heels,Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, SEA, 2016

Green snow pea, lime zest, melon rind, mandarin/orange tic tac and a little bit of Sauvignon Blanc “ash” character. Simple flavours as per the nose. Good acid balance and doesn’t offend.
