Somewhat a savoury style of chardy: soft breadcrust aromas, stony mineral with sour cream, tart orange pith and white nectarine. A palate of fresh white stonefruit slices and some waxy honeycomb sweetness. Finishes with a quartz rock drying quality. Fastidious construction. Exquisite length. Quality wine.
