Caramel tones over granite with grilled citrus rind. Full palate but absolutely balanced with searing acidity that makes your mouth water: it’s like a bag of salt and vinegar chips (without the tartness). Cuts of white fruit, slabs of texture and heaps of intrigue. Drinkability plus.
