Longview, Shiraz, Cabernet, Adelaide Hills, 2015

Bountiful aromas of bluestone, plum, chocolate, cedar, eucalypt, pepper and blackberry. Palate with the yin/yang pairing of sweeter shiraz rounding out the cabernet ‘gaps.’ Eucalypt and mint highlights under rich liqueur cassis, chocolate and spicy plummy shiraz. It’s bold and forthright, even a touch brash but quality fruit shines through.
