Sweaty plum, rubber, raspberry muffin, meringue shell, rooibos tea, varietal plum and pink peppercorn. Dark tea tannin profile with burnt bacon qualities (irony!). Medium bodied with balanced red fruit and raspberry kisses. Will tick plenty of boxes for plenty of people.
