No mention of grape varieties. Fresh, clean nose: sea spray, fly spray, guava and pink peppercorns. Good fruit weight and pleasing texture. Strawberries/cream richness with tropical guava, blood orange citrus and a hint of peppery spice. Not sure it’s unicorn special, but it’s well made.
