Fruit for this wine comes from 3 very distinct wine growing regions in Tasmania: Derwent Valley, East Coast and BoF’s home in the Tamar Valley.
Bay of Fires, Pinot Noir, Tasmania, 2017
Smoky, yet still bright red cherry fruits virtually scream for attention from the glass, with shouts of stalky spice and gloss. Cool, calm on the palate: seamless silken front with finely woven mesh tannins. Lifted cherries and cranberries fill through the mid and it leaves you with a gorgeous spiced lengthy finish.
