A slight re-branding of the Haycutters easy drinking white. Rather than giving a varietal naming, they’ve gone with Classic Dry White.

Light green hue. Light lemon juice offsets green SB spectrum fruit: box hedge, light passion & tropical fruits with a touch of waxy lanolin. Crisp and lively, it’s an uncomplicated ‘classic dry white’ that does what it says on the tin: Not too much either way for the fruit, acidity reined in and no screaming green-ness or plunging pungency. Will find fans.
