Parish Vineyard Riesling 2017

The broad church that is the Hill Smith Family Vineyards includes selected areas in Tasmania, one of those being the site of the Parish Vineyard in the Coal River Valley, north east of Hobart. A special site, it has deservedly been acknowledged as a fine source of riesling.

Parish Vineyard, Single Estate, Riesling, Coal River Valley, 2017

Vegan friendly. Suggestions of flannel and gunpowder, native finger lime, candle nut spice and kiwi fruit skin. Richness, depth and concentration. A grilled lime flavour leading to richer lime cordial with minerally acidity as an afterthought but ever present. Spiced, considered, scintillating, serious.

Alc :12.5%
RRP: $32
Rating: 19/20
