Lemon/lime sherbet aromas with green apple skin, earthy tones of white salt and a little egg shell sulfidic action. Citrus and apple as per the nose. The flavor drops short and the acidity a touch dull and with just not quite enough briny interest. Fine in the sun with a big plate of crisp salt and pepper calamari.
