That trademark pink grapefruit character underwritten by bright florals. Passionfruit and lime citrus with hints of blackcurrant leaf and even some musky chalk. Body and life, intensity and focus…no pungency here, simply a beautifully balanced, exquisite white wine. Pink grapefruit and perfectly ripe light tropical fruit. The acidity bracing  without being shrill nor denying the fruit. Bravo Adam Wadewitz and team.
