Hoddles Creek Estate, Wickhams Road, Pinot Noir, Yarra Valley, 2019
A pleasing deep ruby/purple in the glass. Fine aromas of cherries in their juice, a little fresh oregano herb, orange rind and a touch of steely tautness. Medium bodied. Silky on the palate, brightly juicy with plenty of slippery flesh. Just enough fine tannin to give a high-five on the way past to the lingering rose petals and chocolate. Tops. No Brainer.
