Dry floral aromas dominate the nose alongside varietal pear and spicy rocket/arugula. Wild fennel too. Carries a good weight to the body without being viscous. The florals, pear and spice drift through the palate. Maintains a crisp, clean finish. Pleasant, varietal and stylistic.
