Bright straw yellow with green highlights. Sweeter honey and almond blossom aromas mix with light melon tropical fruits, hints of chamomile, chalk and grapefruit citrus rind. Medium viscous palate with generous, yet light tropical fruit and tart citrus profile punctuated by rocket/arugula green pepper corn spice and. Finishing dry with a medium length of flavour.
