The Pewsey Vale vineyard was planted in 1847 and is part of the Hill Sith Family Vineyards. The wine bears chief winemaker Louisa Rose’s signature on the rear label, just underneath the scale that shows this wine to be just between dry and medium.

Richer butter paper wrap rich nose, with refreshing, complex lemon/lime skin, candle wax, warmed apple core, white tropical blossom and a base crystalline rockiness. Layered, yet delicate texture, crystalline, spiky mineral thrust and cut, ebullient, bright bittersweet limey citrus fruit with underscores of herbaceous rosemary leaf. Exceptional length and intensity.
