Lots of dark herby fun here. Dark cherry, wine gums, licorice, tarry creosote, woody spice, horse hair brush with a bitter orange high note. Medium full body with a long smear of fine, if a little chewy, tannin. Acidity providing great spark and giving a jolt to the dry herby finish. Showing class and a point of difference for the Barossa.
