Serafino, Grenache, Shiraz, Mataro, McLaren Vale, 2019

Full bore with dark cherries, plums, dark raspberry, creaming soda, deep English rose petals, yeasty ale beer with a little ground spice. The palate full, smooth and glossy with just the right amount of toothsome chew and a widening spread of tannins. Runs a touch hot towards the finish, but still runs high on the charm.
