Brick Lane Brewing, Birds Of a Feather, Passionfruit & Guava Sour

Topaz/amber in hue. Shallow lacing and lazy bead. Pungent passionfruit seed/pulp, dried guava cubes, ginger beer, tropical fruit punch, creamy vanilla and a high resiny/hoppy note. Creamy front to mid palate. Big zingy, sour back to tail. Long tendrils of guava and creamy passionfruit topped pavlova filling with a nutty tang.
