Brick Lane Brewing, Birds Of a Feather, Mango & Lychee Sour

Topaz/amber in hue. Fine lacing and persistent bead. Creamy Mango Weiss™ Bar (including the vanilla ice cream), rose petals, lychee sorbet and lychee flesh, orange Tic-Tac™  with soapy, dank note. Full bloom front palate mousse with evaporating light mango slushie and lychee sorbet flavour. Firm, hard mid-palate with only a distinct sour tang but little flavour in the short tail.
