Angullong, Fossil Hill, Rosé, Sangiovese, Orange, 2021

Dusky pink/salmon in colour. Easy light red berry fruit with an almost spearmint leafy note, crushed musk stick and pleasant florals. Medium body, with generous upfront fruit before focusing to fine intensity and drive. A little tickle of sweetness at the close, but overall still in the dry end of the range.
