Initial Dark profile with pencilly wood, sour sop, cherry fruit and a mix of damp earth, raw coconutty oak, milk choc and deep protein hit. Medium full body: intense Cabernet leafy darkness with left hand turn to bright Shiraz red fruit, there’s a lingering confectioner red fruit flavour before flat and dry tannins with lasting spearmint. Relatively assured and with some good grounding.
