Light to medium straw yellow hue. Heady aromas of apple and pear skin, chalk, light tropical fruit skin and baking spices. Medium weight and some voluminous breadth to the palate. Chalky phenolics, rocket/arugula green peppery spice with rich pear and Red Delicious apple flesh with a jab of sour acidity. Short finish. Keep it cool and serve with pork or mushroom schnitzel.
