Dark cherry and herbal characters from the blend. Earthy, grounded aromas of gravel, old leather jacket, pepper and baking spice. Good focus and intent. Dark cool climate cherry/blueberry with complimentary (if young) oak. Medium full body with tight knit tannins giving a fine suspension and carry. Bittersweet amaro herb echoes leave the head nodding in agreement.
