Deep garnet with a bruise purple edge. Dark and spice driven with maraschino cherry, hunts of earthy truffle, fennel and blue meat. Still introspective: tannins fine grained and tucked in neatly at the satiny hems. Richness of smoked meats, fig, dark chocolate and tart acidity. High toned and elegantly structured.
