Medium cerise with a soft cherry glow. Steely notes first before tropical papaya, raspberry fruit and raspberry slice, white chocolate, clove, salted watermelon and a touch of meaty blood. Chasing the “Provence” style, it achieves textural goals while not forsaking flavour. A touch of residual sugar keeps the edges round and offers generosity. Plenty of depth and personality.
