L’Artisan, Le Sauvignon Blanc, IGP Pays d’Oc, 2020

Varietal. There’s all manner of cut green vegetal aromas: nettle, young asparagus, green capsicum over sweeter elements of green melon and pineapple. A bit of width to the body with smooth vanilla creme with green edged fruit. Hard edge to the acid and a short finish. Clean and bright, but a little one dimensional.
