Ginger spice pushing lemon/lime splice (citrus and ice cream) with attractive cedary oak, toasted hazelnuts, torn fig sweetness, grilled nectarine and some funky depth from the wild ferment and lees depth. Expansive, yet refined with toothsome phenolics and succulent, juicy acidity providing a long, balanced, driving finish.
