Pale lemon in colour. Stones and flint with soft pastry, lime (kaffir leaf and Tahitian flesh), grapefruit, green apple and fennel-like anise hints. Stony and sharp palate with an achingly dry finish. Lingering with biting Granny Smith apple eye-watering intensity. One for the acid hounds.
