Longview, Macclesfield, Riesling, Adelaide Hills, 2022
Stone and lime pith. Bittersweet grapefruit with richer tropical feijoa nuances (there’s some strong signature lines to this wine). Pink salt balanced by a a honeyed blossom. Wonderfully balanced with the right amount of mineral, steely spine, richness of citrus fruit and precise acidity. The salinity drives the salivation and yet the mind is deceived by having the thirst quenched.
