Plenty of bling for this Rosé…or should that be Rosato? From the cool heights of Orange in Central West New South Wales

Angullong, Fossil Hill, Rosé, Sangiovese, Orange, 2022

Very pale salmon colour.  Clotted cream, white cherry, dried raspberries, spearmint leaves, pink salt, musk sticks, young rosemary and a little soft leather. Dry and chalky with good spread of red berry fruit for body and the right amount of zest ensuring freshness and zip.
