Medium ruby-garnet colour. Dark cherry: macerated and Maraschino, ferrous dried blood, dark raspberry, earth, brisket char, damp herb garden and old leather. Medium to full, firm drying tannin with some juicy regionality, Good length through the tail. Remphasises this variety’s ability to pair so well with food.
