A little oak work for some of the parcels drawn from Great Southern and Margaret River.
Howard Park, Sauvignon Blanc, Western Australia, 2022

A little restrained on the nose before opening right up: There’s guava, gooseberry and edamame beans with waxy lanolin and creamy notes from the richer oak portions. Green melon, passionfruit and nettle give further varietal underscoring. A tight tail of bright acidity. All this delivered in an elegant and structured package. A quality Sauvignon Blanc at every turn.
