From the Endersby Vineyard in Blewitt Springs, McLaren Vale. Hand picked fruit and basket pressed (10% whole bunches). 75% 1st and 2nd use French oak for 20 months.

Clandestine Vineyards, Shiraz, McLaren Vale, 2021

Inky and concentrated McLaren Vale jube and graphite. There’s gun smoke, shoe leather, pink peppercorns, cedary oak and a kiss of anise. Plush, full and lightly cheesy with protein richness over some dark yeasty and toasty notes. The plushness gives way to plentiful building tannins and some length through the tail. Plenty of structure for a little while in the cellar.
