Medium garnet. Sweetly spiced with soaked cherries, cedary oak, hints of meaty/cheesy savoury depth, hibiscus flower and a little warm fennel flesh. Fragrant and spiced. Full fruit up front with a crunchy, angular frame and juicy acidity through the long length. Elegant, quality fine tannin underpins the experience.
