Crittenden Estate, Kangerong, Pinot Noir, Mornington Peninsula, 2021

Bunchy Pinosity nose: crushed cooling thyme, black cherry compote, raspberry crystals, stalky spice, chopped charcuterie. Lean and tight palate with aforementioned herbaceous notes angling under waxy, stalky tannins. Tart cherry fruit, bitter orange and a burnt-ends meatiness give varietal nod. One for those who like a little bunchiness.
