Similar winemaking as the 2021: Fruit from the Noack vineyard in Springton and the Rohrlach Vineyard in Dorrien. Wild Ferment. 15% Whole bunch in the ferment. 8 months in “seasoned” older French oak. Unfined. Unfiltered. Made for now.

Polished and slick. Bright blueberry, violets, cranberry, chocolate nibs, plum halves, green peppercorn, sliced green olives and jubey red fruit with that singed orange zest note. The best of both worlds: smooth and crunchy! Young plump puppy fleshed fruit with herbal intrigue and tacky tannins. Deliciously drinkable.
