Mumm, Blanc De Noirs, Pinot Noir, Central Otago, NV

The palest coppery blush. with a fine lacing and bead. Nose of  white cherry, pink apple, Danish pastry, vanilla creme and Brazil nuts. Excellent structure and mousse. Delicacy and power, red fruits with biting acidity. Good length and briny texture. Impressive release.
