Farm Hand Wines, Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, Riverland, 2023

Punchy nose. The 10% SB gives passionfruit and green melon over the Semillon’s lemon/lime citrus vibe with daisies, hotel soap and a little herbaceous lilt. Citrus core that cuts through to the relatively short finish and a decent amount of zippy acidity. Would work perfectly well with an easy fish and chips night.
