No Evil, Rosé, Central Ranges, 2023

Very pale salmon colour. Soft nose of talc, fairy floss, strawberry red fruit and a little blood orange. Initially creamy palate blanketing summer red fruits, blood orange citrus zest and a dead straight spine of vibrant  and juicy acidity. Nothing overtly complex, but refreshing and moreish.
