The colour a very pale lemon. Neat and tidy, with plenty of pomme fruits: yellow apple and pear flesh, cinnamon spice, breadfruit, soft lemon citrus and fragrant daffodil florals. A little flesh and weight to the palate to balance crisp, yet easy, acidity. Lingering spice through the clean finish.
