Jardin d’Arômes, Rosé, IGP Pays d’Oc, 2022

Very pale salmon. Summer cup of easy red fruit sorbet: raspberry dominant with light pomegranate, Turkish Delight, pink rock salt, earthy brown mushroom, rose petals, raw honey and dehydrated strawberry. Generous flesh with plenty of pink berries, heightened by piquant spice, citrus cut and a savoury, dry finish.
