Pale cerise to watermelon colour. Pomegranate, white pepper, cherry flesh, whipped double cream, blood orange, cardamom and light hibiscus tea. Structural, spiced and potent. Offering flesh and cut with dry, savoury bones. Textural finish for underscoring the intention of making a wine of complexity.
