Howard Park, Flint Rock, Shiraz, Great Southern, 2022

Deep purple in hue and with a bright rim. Plum flesh and sauce, rose petals, baby beetroot leaf, warm coffee grounds, milk chocolate, gunflint and a little stalky spice from 15% whole bunch. Lightly framed, with cool elegance. Bright, spiced, easy (slightly tacky) tannins and a neat flow. All very proper and tucked in.
