Howard-Park-Miamup-Cabernet-Sauvignon

This is always one of my favourite releases from Howard Park. yes they make some benchmark wines but it’s the quality of this range that really cement their place in the Australian vinous landscape. Delivering all you want in an approachable, but obviously classy young Cabernet Sauvignon. Blue fruit, black tea, turned earth, blackberry flesh, sea spray, molten chocolate, young bay leaf and cedary oak. Fleshy and flowing. Blackberry focus and supported by savoury herbal edges. Youthful yet ripe tannin to give the right amount of body that will allow ageing, if you can wait.

RRP: $30
